Mantras and Affirmations from the Heart

I used to weigh 315 pounds. The main cause was that I used food to numb feelings from being molested as a young girl and domestic violence in my first marriage. When I left and divorced my first husband, I was determined to learn how life and healthy relationships really work.

In this journey two things really stuck out – I needed to become more emotionally strong by learning to feel all my feelings and I needed to stay mentally focused on my goals.

One day I was struggling with food a lot and I decided I wasn’t being focused enough. I decided to write some mantras to review frequently to remind myself of the deep feelings I had about reversing diabetes—mantras from my heart.

I started my list with the idea each thought needed to use words that touched and filled my heart. It turned out to be a fairly long list. Please read to them and see if you can relate to one or more of them to your own goals. They don’t have to be about reversing diabetes.

  • I love you my beautiful, healthy, fit body. I am happy you are mine.
  • I am the healthiest version of myself.
  • I am so blessed to have a body that can move the way it does.
  • My body loves to exercise.
  • My body knows what food it needs to reverse diabetes.
  • I eat what allows my body to be able to reverse diabetes.
  • Every cell in my body supports reversing diabetes.
  • I take good care of my body because it does so much for me.
  • I deserve a healthy, fit body.
  • I am the solution.
  • I can successfully reverse diabetes.
  • I always, Always, ALWAYS keep succeeding.
  • I successfully face stress straight on.
  • I slow down and become successful with everything.
  • I am in a building cycle of success.
  • I give my feelings full attention.
  • My heart and spirit lead me to successfully reverse diabetes.
  • I remember my why for reversing diabetes.
  • My spirit inspires me to reverse diabetes.
  • I love myself enough to successfully reverse diabetes.
  • I have a superpower that reverses diabetes.
  • I choose joy to celebrate reversing diabetes.
  • I am extremely strong emotionally, mentally, and physically.
  • I have all the emotional and mental pieces to succeed at reversing diabetes.
  • I am calm, clear, and empowered.
  • GOODBYE DIABETES

Since I wrote these mantras and actually write them in my journal each day, my life has become more calm, clear, and empowered. I had a wonderful shift in what I now call my cycle of success where one success builds on yet another success.
